Jason is a choreographer, dancer, teacher, dramaturg and mentor whose work explores the intersections of movement, ecology, and collaborative creation.
With roots in hip-hop and jazz, and formal training from institutions such as the Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Brussels), Codarts (Rotterdam), and P.A.R.T.S., Jason’s journey weaves through diverse artistic terrains. His choreographic language reflects this rich parcours—merging dance, pedagogy, somatic practices, and interdisciplinary collaborations with film, music, and visual arts.
Deeply committed to ethical creation and ecological thinking, Jason draws inspiration from permaculture principles and collective intelligence to craft embodied, sustainable approaches to art-making.
He is co-founder of ArTerre and Maison Vive—initiatives that respectively promote ecofeminist and agroecological practices, and support the emerging voices of a new generation of artists.
Whether on stage, in nature, or through the lens, Jason creates spaces for care, attention, and sentient presence—anchoring his work in the environments it inhabits, and inviting alternative ways of seeing, feeling, and being
